Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us online at KiwiAz Trailers & General Engineering. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for shipping and returns on our website.

Shipping Information:
1.1 Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping within New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
We don't freight to Post Office Box addresses.

1.2 Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances. We will provide you with a tracking number for your order so that you can monitor its progress.
We have a week day cut off time of 1.30pm for next day Courier deliveries.
Dispatch of your order will be the next working day from the date of your payment confirmation. Rural delivery orders can take up to 5 working days.
Large items/orders will be shipped by bulk freight and could take up to 5-10 days to deliver to your address.
Should you have any special instructions for the delivery of your order, please include them in the space provided during the check-out process.
In the unlikely event that transit times are forecasted to exceed reasonable expectations you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your order or have the parts placed on Back Order. Pickups are also allowed from the workshop

1.3 Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Processing:
2.1 Order Confirmation:
Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

2.2 Order Processing Time:
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. However, during peak seasons or special promotions, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Returns and Exchanges:
3.1 Return Eligibility:
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the eligibility of your item(s) before initiating a return.

3.2 Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return/exchange and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.

3.3 Return Shipping Costs:
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.  
Refunds will not be paid on any shipping costs incurred

Refunds:
4.1 Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
All returns and cancelled orders paid by Credit Card and PayPal will be refunded less the non-refundable 3.5% transaction fee charged by these banking institutions

4.2 Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items, such as gift cards, custom-made or personalized items or clearance items, are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4.3 Electrical parts and products that are believed to have been used beyond their intended purpose, or products that are not returned with their original packaging will be deemed ineligible for return.
